Product descriptions, photographs, availability, taxes, delivery fees and prices must be accurate and updated. The current catalogue and prices on this demo are illustrative only. A listing or enquiry does not guarantee stock or acceptance.
3. Eligibility and lawful sales
Orders may be accepted only where the product, purchaser, sale, storage, transport and delivery are permitted by applicable law and licence conditions. The store may decline or cancel an enquiry where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4. Order formation
Describe exactly when an enquiry becomes a confirmed order, how confirmation is delivered, and when payment is due. This demo does not transmit orders to a server or collect payment.
5. Payment, taxes and fees
List supported payment methods, tax treatment, all mandatory fees and the point at which payment is collected. Never claim a payment was successful until verified by the payment provider/server.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated. Explain service areas, restrictions, failed delivery, address errors, handover requirements and any lawful identity or age checks.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Link to the store’s separate cancellation/refund policy. State any product-specific legal limits clearly and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Safe use

Describe ownership of store text, branding and images, and prohibit misuse of the site, unlawful activity or attempts to disrupt its operation.

Have a qualified adviser draft fair, jurisdiction-appropriate terms. Do not include unlawful exclusions of liability or misleading dispute-resolution clauses.
