Fireworks transport and delivery can be subject to strict laws, licences, carrier restrictions and local prohibitions. Do not accept or dispatch an order until the product and destination have been checked.
Service areas
List only areas where your business is legally authorised and a compliant carrier has confirmed service. Do not promise pan-India delivery without verified legal and operational support.
Processing and delivery times
Insert actual order-processing cut-offs, working days, estimated delivery ranges and known seasonal delays. These are not configured in this demo.
Shipping charges
Disclose delivery fees, taxes and any other mandatory charges before the customer confirms an order.
Tracking and handover
Explain whether tracking is available, delivery proof requirements, age/identity checks where required, and what happens if the recipient is unavailable.
Damaged, delayed or undeliverable orders
Provide a working support process and explain lawful options for investigation, rescheduling, cancellation or refund. Do not instruct customers to return hazardous goods through an unauthorised carrier.
